Refund policy

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Notebooks & Journals Items still in their original sealed wrapper are eligible for a full refund. If the wrapper has been removed, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly  these items can be damaged if not handled carefully once the plastic is removed.

 

How to Start a Return Email us at colorableartshop@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on where to send your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away. For printed journals and hardcover notebooks, keep the item in its plastic wrap to prevent smearing. Refund eligibility for other products is noted in each product's description.

 

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

 

Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order for the replacement.

 

EU Customers Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for cancellation or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, per EU consumer law.

 

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at colorableartshop@gmail.com.
